What to expect after you have filled out a form or texted us.

-We will respond with an email or text whichever you submitted you prefer on your CONTACT card.

- Give us 2-4 hours to respond.

-Please send us pictures-( that will always be our first question and it helps speed up the process)

• Send us pictures of the space that needs repaired

• Send pictures of the material if you have already purchased it

• Send us measurements Example: you need a ceiling fan installed. Send us pictures of the old ceiling fan, purchased ceiling fan and height of ceilings. That helps us prepare the estimate and prepare with proper tools (ladder) for the job.

Commercial and Property Management Projects

A 50% deposit is required upon approval of the estimate. The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the project. We do not offer net payment terms of any kind.

We accept Cash App, Pay Pal, and Venmo. Approval of an estimate authorizes work to be scheduled. Upon approval, we will provide:

• A copy of the approved estimate

• Certificate of Insurance (COI)

• Confirmation of your secured service date
