We accept most forms of payment methods but prefer cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp.
4 % fee will be added for any credit card payments or PayPal payments.
Commercial and Property Management projects: A 50% deposit is required upon approval of the estimate. The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of project. We do NOT offer net payment terms of any kind. We accept Venmo, Cashapp and Pay Pal.
Approval of an estimate authorizes work to be scheduld. Upon approval, we will provide a copy of the estimate, Certificate of Insurance (COI), and secure your service date.

We maintain a minimum project cost of $150.00 To make the most of your investment, we recommend creating a to-do list of home projects and please attach pictures for an itemized estimate. We price by the job, not by the hour. You’ll receive an upfront estimate so there are no surprises. If anything changes along the way, we’ll review it with you and get approval before moving forward.

No, you don’t need to be home during the repair. We’re happy to coordinate access in whatever way works best for you. Whether that’s leaving a key in a designated spot, sharing an entry code, or letting us in before you head out. You can trust us in your home. We’re a reliable local company, and we take pride in our relationships we build with our customers.
