There are always projects around the house that need attention repairs, installations, maintenance, and those smaller jobs that are important but difficult to find the right professional to handle it. Maybe you have a growing to-do list filled with small projects, but you don’t know who to call because the jobs are too small for a general contractor and too important to leave unfinished.
That’s where we come in.
We provide a professional, reliable service for homeowners who would rather hire the right person and have it handled correctly than spend hours searching for contractors, comparing quotes, coordinating schedules and wondering whether the job will be done properly.
From installing a ceiling fan or mounting a TV to assembling furniture, repairing drywall, installing grab bars, or taking care of those long over due items on your list , we make it easy to get multiple projects handled by one trusted professional.
We’re local, fully insured, and take pride in providing a level of service that respects your home and your time. We arrive prepared, communicate clearly, perform quality work, and leave your space clean when we are finished.

In-person consultation fee: $85 (credited toward your project total)

Major Credit Cards and Pay Pal (4 % CC fee added)*

We accept most forms of payment methods but prefer cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp.
4 % fee will be added for any credit card payments or PayPal payments.
Commercial and Property Management projects: A 50% deposit is required upon approval of the estimate. The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of project. We do NOT offer net payment terms of any kind. We accept Venmo, Cashapp and Pay Pal.
Approval of an estimate authorizes work to be scheduld. Upon approval, we will provide a copy of the estimate, Certificate of Insurance (COI), and secure your service date.

We maintain a minimum project cost of $150.00 To make the most of your investment, we recommend creating a to-do list of home projects and please attach pictures for an itemized estimate. We price by the job, not by the hour. You’ll receive an upfront estimate so there are no surprises. If anything changes along the way, we’ll review it with you and get approval before moving forward.

No, you don’t need to be home during the repair. We’re happy to coordinate access in whatever way works best for you. Whether that’s leaving a key in a designated spot, sharing an entry code, or letting us in before you head out. You can trust us in your home. We’re a reliable local company, and we take pride in our relationships we build with our customers.

JACE stands for… Just Ask Chris Emerson. ( I wish my mom would have named me JACE it’s a pretty cool name. Lol)

A handyman handles smaller home repairs and maintenance tasks. Handyman are ideal when you have a list of small jobs that need to get done quickly. You usually don’t need permits for these tasks. A contractor, on the other hand, manages larger construction or remodeling projects. These jobs often require permits and inspections.
